I De sat - I don't like removing color, it loses some detail. I just adjusted the shadows and highlights, brightness/contrast and added a very light sepia filter. Thas it. It was white. But it had a bit of a greenish tinge to it.

Ok, sorry. when you go into enhance there is the hue/saturation - in that little box, there are three slides, you slide the saturation all the way to the left - desaturating the photo of any color.
