Yesterday was busy - Taxes are done and we went for a drive, ending up in Harleysvile at Stewart's Bird Farm. Our little button quail, Fred-not-George, had recently died and Bob wanted to get another - now we have two more. They are sweet little birds and just putter around the bottom of the Zebra Finches cage. I've missed my Canary, so a new little guy came home with us - I haven't settled on a name for him yet, but he's already trying to sing, and very active.

Even though it's a rainy day here, you can feel spring in the air - I'm very excited to see the trees starting to bud out and the flowers stems poking through the ground.
